Shipping policy

Processing times: 

We will strive to dispatch your order within 2 business days. 

Delivery times: 

Once shipped, shipping to an Australian address will be estimated to be between 2 and 8 days. International shipping is estimated to be between 6 and 27 days. 

Shipping costs: 

Within Australia, shipping is a flat rate of $10, or free shipping for orders over $100 (excluding the shipping cost). International shipping is calculated by Sendle, except for the Mood Reader hoodie, which, due to weight is variable based on shipping location. 

Carrier info:

We use Sendle to ship - which means our shipping is carbon neutral! 

Delays and lost packages: 

If something happens to your package along the way, please reach out to us and let us know so we can speak to the carrier and get an update for you.
